Quick Fix To TWEN Emails Going To Spam

Some students have reported that certain TWEN emails are being diverted to their spam folders, so they do not know about them. This seems to be happening with some people who have a @memphis.edu address. Westlaw and IT are still working on the problem.
In the meantime, I pass along this tip from one of the students. If you go into your spam/Clutter folder and right click on one of those emails, you will see an option for removing that email address from spam. If you select that option, future TWEN emails should go directly into your inbox.
