Prioritize Your Peace: Wellness Week at the Law School

In honor of World Mental Health Day (October 10th), we’re inviting all students to slow down, breathe, and take part in activities designed to support your mental health. Take a look below at some of the activities available to students this week:

All Week Long:
Stop by our Wellness Table to relax and recharge. Whether you’ve got five minutes between classes or need a longer brain break, you’ll find:

  • Adult coloring books
  • Puzzles
  • Fidget toys

Located in the Student Lounge, the table is open and accessible throughout the week.

Thursday – Midweek Reset with Yoga 
Join us for a guided Lunchtime Yoga Class on Thursday to stretch, breathe, and recenter. No experience necessary! Just bring yourself and wear something comfortable. Dean Strickland’s assistant, Maria Fuhrmann, teaches this class every Thursday. Make sure you check it out this week!
