Planning to graduate in August 2020? READ THIS!
Students who plan to graduate in AUGUST 2020, your application to graduate is open! Follow the steps below and make note of the important deadlines.
Step One – Email Ms. Edwards to receive a Graduation Checklist.
- After receiving the Checklist, you will complete & return the checklist to Ms. Edwards. Deadline? March 13, 2020. This is a hard deadline. You will not be approved to graduate unless the Law Registrar has reviewed and approved your checklist.
NOTE: IF YOU COMPLETED A CHECKLIST LAST FALL, THAT CHECKLIST WILL BE SUFFICIENT. HOWEVER, YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO NOTIFY MS. EDWARDS THAT YOU PLAN TO GRADUATE IN AUGUST.
Step Two – Apply to Graduate in myMemphis
- Deadline? June 4, 2020. This is a hard deadline.
Step Three – Diploma name, diploma mailing address and gown information
- This step will be also be completed in myMemphis. Deadline? June 26, 2020.
Step Four – Verification and Program Form
- Step 4 will be emailed to you from the Commencement Office during the Summer semester.
