Association for Women Attorneys (AWA) Scholarship Opportunity
The Association for Women Attorneys (AWA) will award scholarships to second- and third-year members of the AWA Student Chapter at the University of Memphis based upon the student’s academic performance, leadership, activities, achievements, and financial need.
Three of the AWA scholarships will be awarded in memory of Dorothy Osradker, Judge Rita Stotts and Susan Clark.
The application process consists of: (i) submission of this Application together with the additional information outlined below and (ii) a personal interview with a committee of AWA members. Personal interviews will be conducted remotely.
ALL SECOND- AND THIRD-YEAR STUDENT MEMBERS OF THE ASSOCIATION FOR WOMEN ATTORNEYS (AWA) ARE ELIGIBLE TO APPLY FOR CONSIDERATION REGARDLESS OF WHETHER OR NOT THEY RECEIVE OR ARE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY OTHER FORM OF SCHOLARSHIP ASSISTANCE.
