APPLY TO GRADUATE – MAY 2020 DEADLINE TOMORROW!
If you plan to graduate in May, you MUST complete steps 2 and 3 when applying to graduate.
THIS IS A HARD DEADLINE: TOMORROW, Friday, January 24, 2020. ASK YOUR FRIENDS IF THEY HAVE APPLIED.
Step Two: Submit your Application to Graduate
Submit your application by following these steps:
- Visit your MyMemphis portal.
- Click on the MyDegree tab and then locate the Commencement channel (box) to access.
- Review the Prerequisites to Graduate, then click on Apply to Graduate.
- Select a term. Choose the most recent term or the term in which you last completed.
Step Three: Choose a diploma name, and enter a diploma address and gown information.
If you need to update your name to include the full spelling of a middle name, please by the Law Registrar’s office to complete a name change form. Bring a state or federally issued ID that includes your middle name.
Step Four: REMINDER! Law students who graduate in May are NOT required to complete Step 4. If you receive an email from the Commencement Office, you may disregard it.
