This year’s hypothetical involves conflicts of interest that arise when a partner at a law firm chooses to represent a disgraced former executive of the firm’s oldest and most loyal client, the effect of sexual harassment allegations among the attorneys working on the executive’s case and the firm’s obligations to the client and the executive in light of these revelations. |
