Good news! The Law Registrar will create and maintain a waitlist for the following courses.  Waitlists are available for only the courses listed in this blog post. 

  • Advanced Brief Writing Seminar (Course 453) – Kritchevsky
  • Negotiation & Mediation (Course 317) – Schwarz
  • Trial Advocacy (Course 516) – Schaffzin, K.
  • Legal Drafting: Contract (Course 597) – Smith, B.

If you tried to enroll but couldn’t, please email lawregistrar@memphis.edu to be placed on a waitlist.  If a seat were to become available, the Law Registrar will offer the seat to the next person on the waitlist.

Those students who have reached out to the Law Registrar or the professor should do so again. This does NOT guarantee that all students will get a seat.
