Description: This is a full-time, paid position. A law clerk’s duties are diverse and include research in various legal issues and drafting orders, reports and recommendations, and other memoranda. The law clerk will also perform administrative duties such as case management, checking office email, updating Judge’s calendar, coordinating with AUSAs and reviewing applications for search warrants, pen registers, criminal complaints, etc.
Applicants must graduate law school by May 2019.
