Class of 2018 – Orientation Reminders

Dear Class of 2018,

We are looking forward to formally welcoming you to the law school at Orientation on Thursday.  Registration begins at 8:15 a.m.  In the meantime, I hope you are enjoying your last few days of summer.

I wanted to follow up with a few reminders:

1. Please be sure to review and complete all items on the Pre-Orientation Checklist, including (but not limited to):
2. Please RSVP to the Belz reception (along with the name of your guest if you are bringing one), as soon as possible TODAY.
3. Please RSVP to the SBA social events by emailing Grant Kehler, as soon as possible TODAY.
4. Please complete the Student Publicity Release Form (mandatory)
5. Register for Westlaw/TWEN and Lexis-Nexis/Blackboard and sign up for your classes (see instructions on checklist)
6. Prepare for your first Legal Methods class (see instructions on checklist)
7. Prepare for the Case Briefing Session (see instructions on checklisti)
8. Review the Academic Regulations (you will have to sign a mandatory form acknowledging that you have read and agree to abide by the Academic Regulations on Friday at Orientation)
9. Arrange for parking (see instructions on checklist)
10. Please review the updated Orientation Schedule.
