All Students Interested in Real Estate Law: Attend FREE, Nov. 12.

Law students interested in real estate and the title insurance industry are invited to attend the fall 2024 seminar of First American Title Insurance.  In addition to an opportunity to receive 6 hours of CLE, students will have the opportunity to meet attorneys and title agents who work in real estate.  Students may attend all or a portion of the seminar. Topics include 2024 Case Law and Legislative Update, Tools and Advances in Title Insurance, practical aspects of working with Remote Online Notarization, review of foreclosure practices in TN, understanding the Eagle Policy of Title insurance, and We Can’t Make These Shenanigans Up – an interactive ethics presentation using TN fact scenarios.  See the full agenda for times and presenter details.
