The Conservative Case for Class Actions

Please join The Federalist Society’s Memphis Lawyers and Student Chapters tomorrow, October 30, for a free CLE presented by Professor Brian T. Fitzpatrick, author of The Conservative Case for Class Actions.  Lunch will begin at 11:45 with the CLE starting at noon in Wade.

Professor Fitzpatrick’s book will be available for purchase at the event and he will be holding a book signing following the CLE Program.
