Testing Accommodations for the August MPRE
For those who regularly receive testing accommodations, individuals with documented disabilities who wish to receive accommodations on the MPRE are encouraged to apply for accommodations by the Recommended Submission Deadline, April 23, 2026.
WHAT TO KNOW:
- Candidates must apply for accommodations and receive their determination prior to registering and scheduling a test appointment
- Accommodations cannot be added to an existing test appointment
- It typically takes NCBE 25 business days to review a request
- Note: If submitting after the recommended deadline, applicants may not receive a decision in sufficient time to enable Pearson VUE to arrange for and prepare approved accommodations by their desired test administration. In that event, you may still test under standard conditions (without accommodations). You may also choose to postpone taking the exam until the next test administration.

MPRE Registration Deadline: June 11, 2026
Testing Dates: August 11 and August 12, 2026
