REVISED TIMES for Court of Appeals 1/23 Hearing

The start times for the second two cases to be heard by the Tennessee Court of Appeals (see briefs attached to previous blog post) have been adjusted.  The new times are:

9:30–Werner v. Melton (dog bite case, denial of motion to set aside judgment)

10:15—Southern Auto v. Airways Towing (regarding validity of appeal from General Sessions to Circuit Court), and

11:00—City of Memphis v. Memphis Police Ass’n (regarding propriety of City creating new police position).
