The Honorable Thomas L. Parker is accepting clerkship applications for the 2026-2027 term. Chambers is a close community consisting of Judge Parker, his judicial assistant Mary, and two term law clerks. Judge Parker looks for law clerks with strong writing and analytical skills and encourages candidates of diverse and nontraditional backgrounds to apply. He interviews on a rolling basis. Top 15% preferred (but not required).
