National CLE On Mediation –Tuesday December 13

Students: On Tuesday, Dec. 13, the Memphis Bar Association is holding a day-long CLE at the law school on mediation skills. Nationally recognized experts in mediation will be presenting, there will be several role-play exercises, and it looks to be a very useful presentation.  I plan on attending myself.

The MBA has asked me to extend to students an invitation to attend.  Because of expenses involved, they cannot offer it for free. But they are offering the day-long seminar, which costs attorneys $225, to students for $50, or $25 for one-half of the day.  This includes breakfast and lunch.
