“Lived Experiences & the Law” Essay Competition Open to All Law Students

The University of Virginia Law Review Online invites all JD students to apply for its “Lived Experiences & the Law” essay competition. The law review hopes to highlight previously overlooked experiences through student essays that focus on the concrete influence the law has on individuals, communities, and identities. The Virginia Law Review Online is particularly interested in highlighting articles that emphasize public interest topics. More information may be found at this link

The winning student will receive a $2000 cash prize and a $5000 grant to put towards an organization or project that intersects with their article topic. Their article will also be published in Virginia Law Review Online.
