3Ls: Postgrad Judicial Clerkship in Nashville

Tennessee Court of Appeals Judge Jeffrey Usman is seeking a term law clerk for a one-year term position in Nashville, Tennessee. The position is open to students who will be graduating in May 2027, and the start date will be in the fall of 2027.

He is seeking candidates with these preferred qualifications:

• Law Review, Journal, and/or Moot Court experience

• GPA in the top 25% of the class (approximately)

• Excellent research and writing skills

Job responsibilities will include conducting legal research, drafting opinions, and preparing legal memoranda.
