Law Review Symposium – **REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS**
Volume 48 of The University of Memphis Law Review invites you to attend its annual Symposium, “The American Addiction: Pathways to Address the Opioid Crisis,” on Friday, March 16th, 2018 at the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law. Breakfast and conference packets will be available at 8:00 a.m. The Symposium this year will feature a dynamic and interdisciplinary roster of policymakers, scholars, and practitioners who will examine legal issues pertaining to the pharmaceutical industry, health care providers, law enforcement, drug imports, the criminal justice system, public health, and more.
Thanks to the generosity of the University of Memphis Student Event Allocation Committee, Lakeside Behavioral Health System, The Frager Law Firm, P.C., Butler Snow LLP, the Association for Women Attorneys, there is no cost to attend this year’s symposium or to obtain Continuing Legal Education credit for those seeking it (6.34 hours approved; 5.67 General, 0.67 Dual). Courtesy of your registration, however, is REQUIRED by clicking below. The University of Memphis Law Review will provide complimentary breakfast, lunch, and refreshments.
If you are a law student, faculty, or staff member interested in attending the symposium in full or part, we ask that you register by MARCH 2, 2018 to guarantee a name badge, program packet, and your meal selection. If you register after this date, you are still welcome to register and attend; however, your meal selection WILL NOT be accommodated for at the symposium. Lastly, if you are a law student, please type “law student” in the “any other accommodations” box, which will allow the Law Review to capture the number of students attending the event.
