To commemorate the 238th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee will host a ceremonial reading. Chief Judge Sheryl H. Lipman cordially invites you, along with your faculty, staff, and student body, to join this gathering in tribute to the enduring principles of our founding charter.

Location: First Floor Lobby – Odell Horton Federal Building, Memphis
Format: The Constitution will be divided into 110 brief segments, each lasting one to two minutes. Attendees may read aloud during staggered windows or observe, with the flexibility to arrive and depart as their schedules allow.
