Two Assistant United States Attorneys from the government litigation team in the Life Care Centers of America False Claims Act case will discuss key issues and the competing arguments presented by the parties in the recently settled lawsuit. The session will include a discussion of the factual allegations, overview of the investigation, theories of the case, defenses, use of he provision of therapy in skilled nursing facilities.
