Green Fee Allocation Proposals: Let’s make our downtown campus greener!
Dear students, faculty, and staff:
The University of Memphis Green Fee Committee is seeking proposals from students, faculty, staff, and academic or administrative departments. Proposals for each campus are reviewed by the Green Fee Committee, which consists of students, faculty, and staff. This committee makes recommendations for the dispersal of funds to projects that meet the objective of building a more sustainable campus.
While the process is the same for the Memphis and Lambuth campuses, availability of funds differ as each campus receives funds based on enrollment.
**Law students who wish to submit suggestions for proposals on how to make our downtown campus more sustainable may do so by clicking here. These suggestions will be sent to Dean Aden to aid in creating Green Fee Proposals that reflect what our law campus needs.**
There are two ways to participate in this process: proposals and ideas. For information on how to complete these processes please visit: https://saweb.memphis.edu/sforms/greenfee.
Deadline for applications is noon on Friday, March 17.
Hearings for proposals will occur sometime after April 1. All decisions will be made by April 30th.
