2L Diagnostic (w/ Drawings)–Last Day Sunday (7/26)

The last day to complete the 2L diagnostic is Sunday, July 26.

Every student that completes the 2L diagnostic will be entered into a drawing for 1 of 8 $50 Amazon Gift Cards and 1 $100 Amazon Gift Card. If you already completed the diagnostic by the original date, you get two entries!

This diagnostic is a new tool to aid the law school in providing you with more individualized feedback and to assist the school in developing programs and resources specific to your class.

The 2L diagnostic will test each participating student’s knowledge and skill through a series of multiple-choice questions in Torts, Contracts, Real Property, Civil Procedure, and Criminal Law.

The diagnostic takes approximately 2 hours to complete and includes 80 MBE-style questions across all five subjects (16 questions per subject). The topic breakdown within each subject is designed to be similar to the topic coverage on the Multistate Bar Examination.

As a participating student, you will receive a personalized report detailing your performance on the diagnostic, including individualized recommendations for where to focus your attention and studies to improve your academic performance and bar success.  You will also receive a score that is relative to your peers.

You will receive an email directly from Kaplan with instructions for completing the diagnostic. Please complete the diagnostic to the best of your abilities without reference to any materials. You will have from Monday, July 13 through Sunday, July 19 to complete and submit your diagnostic.
