Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the Sixth Circuit; Oral Arguments in the Historic Courtroom, Tuesday, Feb. 13

Dear Students, Faculty and Staff,
On Tuesday, February 13th at 11:00 a.m., the Bankruptcy Appellate Panel for the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit will hear oral arguments in our Historic Courtroom. All are invited to attend the arguments.
The panel will include Judges Humphrey, Opperman, and Wise.
Jan Stone, our Library’s Assistant Director for Public Services, has assembled a very helpful web page with briefs and other materials related to the case to be heard at the law school. We especially hope students will take advantage of this rare opportunity to see a federal appellate court in action.
We are honored to have the three judges as our guests and we will have a reception for them following the conclusion of the oral arguments at 1:30 p.m. in the Scenic Reading Room. All faculty, staff, and students are cordially invited to attend the reception in honor of our distinguished guests.
