Apply for City of Memphis Law Division Summer Internship by April 19

The City of Memphis Law Division will once again invite interested law students to be paired with experienced Law Division attorneys for participation in its 2019 Summer Law Internship Program.  This program commenced more than ten years ago and has been very popular among law students from Memphis, other Tennessee law schools, and beyond.  While the internships are unpaid, the experience gained by the students is invaluable.  The University of Memphis law school will also grant pro bono credit for this internship.

The application deadline for this internship is Friday April 19, 2019.  The scheduling of interviews will begin immediately upon receipt of applications, with placement to begin during the latter part of April and to end during the early part of May.  The Program begins during the latter part of May 2019 and ends the first week in August 2019.
