***3Ls: GRADUATION CHECKLIST Time!***
Do you intend to graduate in December 2015, May 2016, or August 2016?
If so, you are required to complete the Graduation Checklist. To complete the Checklist, you need a computer with internet access and a copy of (or simultaneous access to) your academic transcript. To complete the checklist, click on the link below and you will be prompted through the process of completion. It is important you undertake this exercise with reference to your transcript, and not just your recollection, because we rely on your transcript as the official record – and not your memory – from which we determine if you have met all of your graduation requirements.
Once you complete the Checklist, we will review the information and send you an email that will address any concerns identified during our review and/or delineate the next steps you need to take to graduate.
The CHECKLIST IS DUE by the end of the day SEPTEMBER 8.

*Intended DECEMBER GRADUATES: If you plan to graduate in December 2015, SEND ME AN EMAIL LETTING ME KNOW YOU INTEND TO GRADUATE IN DECEMBER. The last day to apply to graduate in December is September 18, so I will need to expedite review of your checklist – and I will rely on your email to alert me to your intention! Keep in mind, the faster you get me your checklist, the faster I can review your record and set the graduation application process in motion, and the more time you have before the application deadline to address any problems that might arise.
