Timeline for Posting Fall Grades

Congratulations on completing your Fall 2023 exams! I hope you are all planning lots of rest, relaxation, and merriment over the break!

I suspect some of you will soon begin anxiously checking to see if fall grades have posted, so I want to share some information with you about the timeline for posting grades.  Per the Academic Regulations, grades are due to the Registrar’s Office three weeks after the last day of the exam period.  Once grades are submitted, the Registrar’s Office processes them and enters them into Banner.  The University officially closes for the winter break on Friday, December 22, and reopens on Monday, January 2.   Although some grades will post before we close for the break, most grades will post after the break.
