The court provides assistance for people who are &#8220;in and out of the criminal justice system not because they&#8217;re criminals but because of their mental health issue.&#8221; More than 2,000 people jailed at 201 Poplar, more than 500 of them have a diagnosable mental illness. Come out and hear about how the legal profession is helping address the issues of mental health.
