{"id":7661,"date":"2017-01-31T16:00:57","date_gmt":"2017-01-31T22:00:57","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/onlegalgrounds.law.memphis.edu\/wordpress\/?p=7661"},"modified":"2017-01-31T16:00:57","modified_gmt":"2017-01-31T22:00:57","slug":"uncertain-care-the-future-of-the-affordable-care-act","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/memphislawblog.com\/index.php\/uncertain-care-the-future-of-the-affordable-care-act\/","title":{"rendered":"Uncertain Care: The Future of the Affordable Care Act"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>All,<\/p>\n<p>The University of Memphis Institute for Health Law and Policy will be presenting their 4th Annual Symposium on <strong>Friday, March 31st, 2017 <\/strong>from <strong>9:00AM-4:00PM. <\/strong>The presentations will be in Wade Auditorium.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: black;font-family: Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif;font-size: medium\"><span id=\"divtagdefaultwrapper\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif\"><span style=\"font-family: Calibri,sans-serif;font-size: small\"><span style=\"font-family: Georgia,serif;font-size: medium\">This symposium will strive to give an overview of the accomplishments and challenges of the Affordable Care Act, an update on its status, and a brief summary of \u201crepeal and replace\u201d options.\u00a0 A number of local and national experts will discuss what the push to \u201crepeal and replace\u201d means for our local community, and what leaders from various key perspectives consider critical elements to any efforts to amend or replace current law.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p>The Health Law Society is looking for volunteers to assist throughout the day.
