Are you needing federal aid for the upcoming 2016-2017 year?\u00a0 If so, please go online to www.fafsa.gov<\/a> to apply.\u00a0 \u00a0We\u2019ll get your FAFSA results in about a week and it will be reflected on your student portal with a green check mark. \u00a0Our school is listed under the letter \u201cT<\/strong>\u201d for The University of Memphis, or you can cross-reference with our school code, 003509<\/strong>.<\/p>\n If we\u2019ve already received your FAFSA results, you should have been offered the Federal Direct Unsubsidized Loan.\u00a0 Please log on to your myMemphis account to accept\/accept partial\/decline your offer.\u00a0 You should accept your unsubsidized loan first<\/strong> before applying for the Federal Direct Graduate PLUS Loan (at www.studentloans.gov<\/a>).\u00a0 Yes, we will need a FAFSA on file to process your Graduate PLUS.\u00a0 If we have your FAFSA, but nothing is listed when you click on Financial Aid Awards, please e-mail me and include your U-ID# in your correspondence.<\/p>\n If you have been awarded a scholarship, those\u00a0funds\u00a0should be posted to your account no later than August 1.<\/p>\n
