Students:\u00a0 The recently announced retirement of a faculty member has required that courses be reassigned among the remaining faculty.\u00a0 As a result, Prof. Janet Goode will be teaching Criminal Procedure this fall instead of the Poverty Law Seminar. To ensure that there are sufficient seminar slots this fall, Dean Letsou will be offering a Corporate Law Seminar to replace the Poverty Law Seminar.<\/p>\n
We realize this will affect\u00a0 the rankings you have made regarding seminar preferences.\u00a0 We will redo the limited enrollment registration process for seminars.\u00a0 If you previously submitted a Survey, you will need to re-submit it s<\/u>o you can re-rank your preferences among the new lineup of seminars for Fall 2016:\u00a0 Reproductive Rights\/Family Law (Prof. Black); Tennessee Constitutional Law (Prof. Smith); and Corporate Law (Prof. Letsou).<\/p>\n
