Applicants are required to have a 2.8 cumulative law school GPA (or its equivalent).<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1e56ztr\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1e56ztr\"><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u\">The Scholarship awards the selected recipient a total of\u00a0<span class=\"html-span xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs\"><strong class=\"html-strong xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1hl2dhg x16tdsg8 x1vvkbs x1s688f\">$15,000.00<\/strong><\/span>\u00a0to be applied towards the selected recipient\u2019s law school tuition, fees, and text books, with one half of the scholarship paid for the student\u2019s second year of law school and one half of the scholarship paid for the student\u2019s third year of law school subject to the following: To receive the second installment of the scholarship, the recipient must maintain at least a 3.0 cumulative GPA (or its equivalent) through the student\u2019s second year of law school.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1e56ztr\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp xat24cr x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl\">\n<div class=\"html-div xdj266r x14z9mp x1lziwak xexx8yu xyri2b x18d9i69 x1c1uobl x1e56ztr\"><span class=\"x193iq5w xeuugli x13faqbe x1vvkbs x1xmvt09 x6prxxf xvq8zen xo1l8bm xzsf02u\">The Scholarship recipient will be offered and must accept a paid summer clerkship at one of the firm\u2019s offices for the summer following the student\u2019s first year of law school. The specific location of the clerkship will be decided by the firm in consultation with the recipient and will be based upon both the recipient\u2019s interest and the firm\u2019s need.
