The West Tennessee Legal Services has a few upcoming legal clinics, one of which is virtual, with our Memphis Office. The details are below with links to sign up if you are interested in joining.<\/p>\n

October Estate Planning Clinic with Butler Snow LLP<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Date: October 29 and 30, 2025<\/p>\n

Time: Flexible appointment times on both days<\/p>\n

Location: Virtual<\/p>\n

Description: WTLS is partnering with Butler Snow LLP to host a virtual estate planning clinic. Volunteers will assist clients with drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. A virtual training on the legal automation software used to create the documents will occur prior to the clinic on 10\/29.<\/p>\n

Description: WTLS is partnering with The Works and the Alcy Ball Development Corporation to host an in-person estate planning clinic. Volunteers will assist clients with drafting wills, powers of attorney, and advanced directives. A volunteer training will take place onsite before the start of the clinic.<\/div>\n

November Expungement Clinic & Resource Fair with the Memphis Bar Association, Access to Justice Committee<\/u><\/b><\/p>\n

Date: November 22, 2025<\/p>\n

Time: 9:30 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.<\/p>\n

Location: Hickory Hill Community Center<\/p>\n

Description: WTLS is partnering with the Memphis Bar Association, Access to Justice Committee and several other organizations for an in-person expungement clinic and resource fair. Volunteers will assist clients with reviewing criminal histories, determining expungement eligibility, and connecting clients with other resources. A volunteer training will occur onsite before the start of the clinic.<\/p>\n
