To commemorate the 238th anniversary of the U.S. Constitution, the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Tennessee will host a ceremonial reading.\u00a0 Chief Judge Sheryl H. Lipman cordially invites you, along with your faculty, staff, and student body, to join this gathering in tribute to the enduring principles of our founding charter.<\/span><\/p>\n
