His talk will be based on his 2024 essay entitled <em>Congress and the Shifting Sands of Administrative Law\u00a0<\/em>(available at this link &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/wclr.commonwealthlaw.widener.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/congress-and-the-shifting-sands-in-administrative-law-christopher-j.-walker.pd\">https:\/\/wclr.commonwealthlaw.widener.edu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/01\/congress-and-the-shifting-sands-in-administrative-law-christopher-j.-walker.pd<\/a>f).<\/p>\n<p>The talk will focus on the Supreme Court&#8217;s seeming anti-administrative turn through lens of an increasingly powerful Executive and a feeble Congress. It will also propose some solutions Congress can take to regain its power.<\/p>\n<p>This is a great opportunity to hear from a nationally-recognized expert in Administrative Law, hear new ideas, and have your ideas challenged.
