Classes will include movement, relaxation\/meditation, and breathwork. You will not get sweaty! We have 10 recently cleaned yoga mats and some other props that can be used.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Students, faculty, and staff are all welcome.\u00a0Please contact me directly with any other questions, comments, or requests.
