\nAmerica’s judicial system has accountability measures ranging from lifetime judicial appointments to routine judicial elections, depending on the office. Should judges be given more insulation to preserve their independence, or is public feedback on their performance an important part of the democratic system? In this episode, the Governors and their guests discuss judicial accountability and whether reforms are needed to protect the integrity of the courts.<\/div>\n
