READ THIS POST!"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Thank you so much for your patience while adjustments were made to the Fall 2025 registration materials.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Please take time to review all <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/registrar\/registration_courseinformation.php\">registration documents<\/a> before your designation day. Below are changes to times\/day, course additions, and courses removed.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Upper-Level Course Schedule Changes<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul>\n<li>Criminal Procedure I has been added to the Fall 2025 schedule on M\/Th from 1:00-2:15 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Family Law and Professional Responsibility will be offered in Spring 2026 instead of Fall 2025. Legislation will not be offered for Fall 2025.<\/li>\n<li>Secured Transactions has moved to M\/W from 3:00 to 4:15 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Administrative Law has moved to T\/F from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m.<\/li>\n<li>Conflict of Laws has moved to T\/Th from 2:30 to 3:45 p.m.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The addition and removal of courses triggered changes to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/registrar\/registration_courseinformation.php\">Exam Schedule<\/a>. Take time to review it before registration. If you are interested in courses that have an exam conflict, <a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/ExamConflict\">you must request permission <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/ExamConflict\">to enroll<\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/bit.ly\/ExamConflict\"> from Dean Wilson<\/a>.
