Are you ready to take on a leadership role, advocate for your peers, and make a lasting impact at Memphis Law<\/strong>? The Student Bar Association (SBA)<\/strong> is looking for its next President and Vice President<\/strong> for the 2025-2026 academic year!<\/p>\n

As the SBA President or Vice President<\/strong>, you will:
\u2714 Represent the student body<\/strong> and serve as the voice of Memphis Law students.
\u2714 Work with faculty and administration<\/strong> to advocate for student interests.
\u2714 Plan events, initiatives, and programs<\/strong> that enhance student life.
\u2714 Lead the SBA team<\/strong> and oversee committees that support students.
\u2714 Build leadership, networking, and advocacy skills<\/strong> that will set you apart in your legal career.<\/p>\n

\ud83d\udd8a Petition & Signatures:<\/strong> Collect 26 signatures<\/strong> from current law students.
\ud83d\udcc4 Grade Release Form:<\/strong> Submit the authorization form to verify academic standing.
\ud83d\udcf8 Headshot & Statement:<\/strong> Provide a professional headshot<\/strong> and a 200-word statement<\/strong> explaining why you’re running.
\ud83d\udce2 Campaigning:<\/strong> Use social media, classroom announcements (with professor approval), and physical flyers (subject to location rules).
\ud83d\uddf3 Election Day:<\/strong> Voting takes place on March 21, 2025<\/strong>, via TigerZone.<\/p>\n
