McMullen, Tennessee Court of Criminal Appeals, in Memphis, Tennessee<\/p>\n<p>The clerkship begins approximately August 1, 2025, and continues through July 31, 2026.<\/p>\n<p>Candidates must be current 3Ls or a recent graduates from the University of Memphis School of Law<\/p>\n<p>Strongly\u00a0<em>prefer<\/em> candidates who are top 10% of class, who are a member of the University of Memphis Law Review or other law journal, and who have received top marks in all Legal Research and Writing Courses [from the CSO: If you do not have the preferred GPA but are otherwise qualified, feel free to apply.
