Our firm is looking for someone who is interested in working on a broad range of corporate transactional and regulatory healthcare matters.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 For corporate transactional work, projects typically include structuring and advising on business transactions, mergers and acquisitions, corporate reorganizations, buy-sell agreements, raising private capital, executive compensation plans and intellectual property protection.<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 For regulatory healthcare work, projects typically include navigating complex regulatory issues, drafting and reviewing contracts, analyzing corporate compliance matters, mergers and acquisitions of health care entities, assisting with billing audits from government and commercial insurance and appeals, and handling facility licensure issues.<\/span><\/div>\n

The\u00a0preferred<\/span><\/em>\u00a0criteria for candidates applying should consist of the following:<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Top 25% of class<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Law Review (or other law journal), Moot Court or legal work experience<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Excellent communication skills<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Attention to detail with excellent organization abilities<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Team player with a collaborative mindset<\/span><\/div>\n
\u00b7 Entrepreneurial instinct<\/span><\/div>\n

Our firm offers full benefits and a transparent bonus structure, as well as an associate development program that provides the associates with clear and measurable benchmarks to help the associates grow and develop.\u00a0Summer Associate compensation is $8000 per month.
