Key Responsibilities:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

1. Legal Research: Conduct in-depth legal research on a variety of corporate law issues, ensuring accuracy and relevance to ongoing cases and projects. <\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

2. Document Review: Assist attorneys in reviewing and analyzing legal documents, contracts, and agreements related to corporate transactions.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
3. Drafting: Participate in drafting legal documents, memoranda, and correspondence under the guidance of experienced attorneys.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
4. Client Interaction: Attend client meetings, conferences, and negotiations alongside senior attorneys to observe and learn client interaction skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
5. Case Management: Assist in the organization and management of case files, maintaining meticulous records and ensuring confidentiality.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
6. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with attorneys and legal staff on projects, contributing fresh perspectives and insights.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
\n
Qualifications:<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7 Currently enrolled in a Juris Doctor (JD) program at an accredited law school. \u00b7 Strong academic record and demonstrated interest in corporate law. \u00b7 Excellent legal research and writing skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

\u00b7 Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. \u00b7 Effective communication and interpersonal skills.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Duration: The 1L summer internship position occurs during the first half of the summer from May 20, 2024 to June 28, 2024.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n
