Good morning everyone,<\/p>\n

In the past, the Student Bar Association has planned the dates of our annual social events three weeks to a month before each event. I am pleased to tell you that we\u00a0have\u00a0changed that practice\u00a0for this year, and the SBA has created a calendar with dates for our annual social events. They are:<\/p>\n

1L Orientation Event (Peer Mentor and SBA Only)\u00a0– August 14 (There will likely be the annual block party at The Brass Door, to which all students will be invited, it is still TBD at this point though)<\/p>\n

Golf Tournament (Tunica National) – September 26<\/p>\n

Trivia – October 8<\/p>\n

Barristers Ball- October 23<\/p>\n

Auction – February 11<\/p>\n

SBA\/BLSA Grizz Night – February 24 (probably will change when Grizzlies’ schedule released)<\/p>\n

SBA\/BLSA Basketball Tournament – March 26<\/p>\n

Race Judicata – April 9<\/p>\n

Flaw Review (45th Anniversary) – April 21<\/p>\n

3L Graduation Party – May 13<\/p>\n

Please go ahead and mark your calendars for these events\u00a0and be on the lookout\u00a0for\u00a0some new events\u00a0this year. I hope you enjoy the waning days of summer break, and we\u00a0on the SBA are looking forward to having a great year.<\/div>\n
