We are thrilled to introduce a tool to help students connect with clerkships and professional opportunities in state courts: Court Opportunity Recruitment for All (CORA<\/span>)!<\/span><\/p>\n

What is\u00a0CORA<\/span>?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

CORA<\/span>\u00a0is a free online common application portal that allows all state courts to upload internship, externship, and judicial clerkship opportunities onto one platform (CORA<\/span>). From there, students across the country can review the posted opportunities, load their required information into\u00a0CORA<\/span>, and apply to any opportunity of interest.<\/p>\n

Why\u00a0CORA<\/span>?<\/span><\/b><\/p>\n

CORA<\/span>\u00a0is a project of the National Center for State Courts\u2019 (NCSC) Blueprint for Racial Justice (BRJ). In response to action from the Conference of Chief Justices and the Conference of State Court Administrators, the BRJ launched in 2021 and has resulted in numerous tools to assist court leaders with local racial justice, equity, and inclusion efforts.\u00a0CORA<\/span>\u00a0is a tool court leaders can use to simplify and amplify state court recruitment as part of their efforts to share opportunities with a diverse audience.<\/p>\n
