{"id":29022,"date":"2023-08-14T12:58:24","date_gmt":"2023-08-14T17:58:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/memphislawblog.com\/?p=29022"},"modified":"2023-08-14T12:58:24","modified_gmt":"2023-08-14T17:58:24","slug":"law-student-parking-information","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/memphislawblog.com\/index.php\/law-student-parking-information\/","title":{"rendered":"Law Student Parking Information"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Students are not permitted to park illegally in law school staff and visitor spaces on Court Street .<\/p>\n<p>While you may believe that there is no harm in parking in such spots, please recognize that the visitor\u2019s spot you may park in may have been reserved for the adjunct faculty member coming in to teach your class or the judge arriving to speak to your student organization.\u00a0 Parking spots on the south side of Court Street are reserved for faculty and staff who pay a considerable sum for the privilege of parking there.\u00a0 There are only enough spaces as there are faculty and staff who have paid for their permits; in fact, there is a waiting list of faculty and staff who wish to park there.\u00a0 Please be respectful of those who are assigned to park in faculty\/staff and visitor parking spots as you plan your own transportation.\u00a0 Parking options can be found at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/student-affairs\/parking.php\">https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/student-affairs\/parking.php<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Violators will be ticketed and\/or towed.<\/p>\n<p>Dean Aden<br \/>\nAssistant Dean of Student Affairs<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Students are not permitted to park illegally in law school staff and visitor spaces on Court Street .
