But its time\/day didn&#8217;t fit with the rest of your schedule? Good news!<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>The day, time, and place for Patent Law has changed. Patent Law will now be taught Monday\/Wednesday, 3:00p-4:15p in Room 233.\u00a0\u00a0<\/strong><strong>Please consider enrolling this fall. It is possible that Patent Law will transition to an every-other-year course, and likely won&#8217;t be offered again until fall 2025.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>If you have any questions, please contact Dean Wilson or Law School Registrar, Ms. Edwards.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div><strong><em>Patent Law<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>Course 390<\/em><\/strong><br \/>\n<strong><em>3-hour elective course<\/em><\/strong><\/div>\n<div><strong><em>This course covers the substantive requirements for obtaining a patent on an invention and enforcing patent rights in federal court. Topics include patentable subject matter; utility; disclosure; novelty; nonobviousness; claim construction; infringement; defenses; and remedies.
