All other students will register the week of April 11-15. Students are <strong><em>strongly<\/em> <\/strong>encouraged to read the <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/documents\/summerfall2022registrarsmemo.pdf\">Law Registrar&#8217;s Memo<\/a><\/strong>. A lot of useful information is contained in the memo, including when you are allowed to register. <strong>Attempt hours do NOT include your current semester (Spring 2022) hours.<\/strong>\u00a0 <strong>Students approved for class\/testing accommodations may NOT register early, regardless of any dates listed in <em>myMemphis<\/em> or emails distributed by DRS. <\/strong>Have you read the Law Registrar&#8217;s Memo and still aren&#8217;t sure what day you register? <a href=\"mailto:cedwrds2@memphis.edu\">Contact the Law Registrar, Ms. Edwards<\/a><\/p>\n<p>A few updates have been made to <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/law\/registrar\/registration_courseinformation.php\">Fall 2022 registration documents<\/a><\/strong>. Please review and let Ms. Edwards know if you have questions.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>ADR: Mediation:<\/strong> A second section was added. Adjunct professor, Linda Seely will co-teach both sections with Prof. Shields. The days\/times remain the same, Tuesday\/Thursday from 4:00-5:50 p.m.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Patent Law and Land Use Law:<\/strong> Times were adjusted slightly to eliminate overlap between the courses, but without creating new conflicts.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pretrial Litigation:<\/strong> The adjunct professor, Audrey Calkins&#8217; schedule only allowed Tuesday\/Thursday evenings.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Education and Civil Rights:<\/strong> Prof. Kiel&#8217;s Education and Civil Rights exam will be a take-home exam, which eliminates a conflict with the Decedents&#8217; Estates&#8217; exam.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Trial Advocacy:<\/strong> Dean Schaffzin&#8217;s section of Trial Advocacy had to be canceled. However, it has been replaced, but the day\/time changed to Mondays, 6:00-7:50 p.m due to the adjunct professor&#8217;s schedule.
