Applications will be open by 9:00 a.m. March 5, 2015, though I expect they will open sooner than that.<\/p>\n<p>Also, I have attached the <a href=\"http:\/\/memphislawblog.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/03\/TN-Bar-policies-and-procedures-amended-Jan-and-Feb-2015.pdf\">updated Policies and Procedures<\/a>\u00a0of the Board. Additions are paragraphs\u00a0h) and i) in Item 2 and Item 8.<\/p>\n<p>Paragraph h) requires upload of a passport photo with the application; i) requires a foreign-educated applicant to request a course-by-course evaluation of foreign education by one of two credentialing service.<\/p>\n<p>New Item 8 is the Board&#8217;s Policy on Non-Standard Testing Accommodations. Included is a statement of\u00a0policy and an attachment with the Procedures for requesting accommodation, including required formal testing that must be documented. We hope to have the finalized Non-Standard Testing forms available on Monday.<\/p>\n<p>And our last good news &#8212; Our new WEBSITE should be up on Wednesday, March 4.
