Applications must be submitted directly to the FDIC through USAJOBS. Applications submitted through OneStop by Symplicity, email, or any other platform will not be accepted. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-offset-key=\"62tva-1-0\">\u00b7 The Law Clerk positions are open for individuals who are not admitted to practice upon joining the FDIC. Upon admission to a state bar, applicants will be reclassified as an Attorney.
