Webinar will consist of a panel discussion exploring the effect of individual bias on the criminal justice sentencing process, specific instances of such bias, and practical suggestions on how to limit its effect.\u00a0 The esteemed panel will include Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals Judge Bernice Donald, University of Memphis law professor Demetria Frank, and University of Tennessee law professor Sherley E. Cruz. \u00a0The discussion will be moderated by Phyllis Aluko – Chief Public Defender for Shelby County, Tennessee.<\/p>\n
