Students&#8217; designated registration day is determined by their total <strong><em>attempt*\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>hours listed on their unofficial transcript.<\/p>\n<p><strong>STUDENTS WITH ACCOMMODATIONS:<\/strong> <span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\" data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 255, 255)\">You are <strong>NOT<\/strong> allowed to register earlier than your designated registration day, despite any messaging to you from the Disability Resources for Students office or dates listed in\u00a0<i>myMemphis<\/i>. You should\u00a0<\/span><i data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\" data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 255, 255)\">always\u00a0<\/i><span data-ogsc=\"rgb(0, 0, 0)\" data-ogsb=\"rgb(255, 255, 255)\">use the Registrar&#8217;s Memo as a guide for when to register. Additionally, if you register prior to your designated registration day, you will be dropped from all courses.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>DESIGNATED REGISTRATION DAYS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Veterans only<\/strong> \u2013 Monday, November 9 @ 8:00 a.m.<\/li>\n<li>43+ attempt* hours \u2013 Tuesday, November 10 @ <strong>9:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>15-42 attempt* hours \u2013 Thursday, November 12 @ <strong>9:00 a.m.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>0-14 attempt* hours \u2013 Friday, November 13 @ <strong>9:00 a.m.**<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>*HOW TO FIND YOUR &#8220;ATTEMPT&#8221; HOURS<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Log into the myMemphis Portal.<\/li>\n<li>Under the Student tab, click My Resources then find the Banner Self Service section.<\/li>\n<li>Click Student, then click Student Records, then click Academic Transcript.<\/li>\n<li>Choose the current term.Scroll to bottom of page to find \u201cAttempt Hours.\u201d<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>**<\/strong><strong>FIRST-YEAR STUDENTS are required to register themselves for classes, and remain in the same sections as fall (11, 12, 14 and Legal Methods). An email with detailed instructions was sent to students\u2019 memphis.edu email this morning, Wednesday, October 28.\u00a0 If you did not receive the email, you should contact <a href=\"mailto:cedwrds2@memphis.edu\">Cheryl Edwards,<\/a> Law Registrar.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>THIS AND THATS:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>If you have not used <a href=\"https:\/\/www.memphis.edu\/registrar\/register\/schedbldr.php\">Schedule Builder<\/a>, you should check it out.<\/li>\n<li>If you have ever needed an Alternate PIN or <em>myMemphis<\/em> indicates your need one, contact the Registrar&#8217;s office.
